So, I think you're going too cartoony for what I'm looking for. The hood in particular stands out to me: it looks more like a bonnet than a hood that rests on top of her head. And those hands are kind of reaaally tiny. Maggie does quite a lot of stuff with her hands, so we need to make sure that they're big enough to do convincing acting. In terms of style and proportion, look more at what Allen Ostergar and Chelsea Stebar are doing.
Also, I'm not sure if her hair would translate very well in 3D... It looks very flat with no regard to what angle her head is being viewed. I know I said to keep the hair simple, but the hair also needs to be something that makes sense in a 3-dimensional space.
As for the limbs, I do like how it looks like it's writhing! But like I told Aaron Austin, they look too thick... Make them look a little bit more spider-like and fragile.
